- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and we'll ship your replacement item once we receive the original.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
- No return shipping costs for you
Return Shipping
For most returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the following cases:

International Returns
