We provide sporting goods, specifically the ShrediCycleâ„¢ under-desk exercise machine. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices for our products are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price is inclusive of any applicable taxes. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner. Our shipping practices are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. As per UK regulations, unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 5-7 days, with the very unlikely maximum of 30 days within the order being placed.
5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a customer based in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to support@sitandshred.com). You must send off the goods for return within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
We will provide a full refund, including the original standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our full returns and refunds process is detailed in our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. This policy is in addition to your statutory right to cancel.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECHELON GLOBAL LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@sitandshred.com. We will endeavor to resolve the issue. Should we be unable to resolve the dispute, we will provide you with information about an accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider as a means of resolving the complaint without going to court.
